Ramzan Recipe

During the holy month of Ramadan most Muslims are required to abstain entirely from food and drink between sunrise and sunset. It can be challenging to obtain the proper nutrients during this time, and to avoid health risks.Its a 29 to 30 days fast for muslims.
Here are recipe for iftar-

Meethi Sewai


iNGREDIENTS OF MEETHI SEWAI-


  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 1/2 Cup Almonds
  • 1 packet sewai
  • 1/2 cup cashew
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Sugar 
  • Desi  Ghee
  • A pinch of Saffron

First,heat a pan and add 2 tbsp ghee. When it get melt  add broken sewai with frequent stirring roast until it becomes golden brown.It cooked with low mediium flame.Then add all chopped dry fruits and raisins.Then pour 2 cups of milk instead milk you can also add water,Its stirring atleast 2 to 3 minutes until it mix very well then add 1 cup sugar keep stirring the mixture.When the mixture start thickening and absorb milk then switch off the gas.

Serve it and enjoy your iftar with your family.
