The bodybuilder always eat less fat , but fish is an exception to that but contained  omega-3 fatty acids which is normally recommended to bodybuilder. The Fish oil very much support to build up the muscle naturally.



The beans and legumes are also good source of building muscles. High fiber -rich foods supports to digestion and  metabolic process and regulates the secretion of insulin in the body. And these fiber-rich aid to the proper absorption of the other valuable nutrients taken .

And the last but not the least , drink as much water as much one could because water transport all the nutrients to the muscle cells and in turn making the nutrients and other  valuable supplements that in more efficient. That means every bodybuilder should water in no1 on the list of the diet list. Its also help to keep the body hydrated.
