Today the cost of the education has tremendously raise. Its not only effect the developing countries but also effect the developed world as well.

The cost of education  led to the emergence of distance education that means the approach to education where the education institution  and their students interact and communicate via the medium of the Internet.

The benefits of distance education is the facility and convenience its offer.  The person both prefer comfort and busy are ideal for them. The classes could be attended anywhere and at any time as per students convenient.

 By this the educational institutions would not  required to maintain the stuff that led to makes education reduce costly.

The most prominent feature of the distance learning is the flexibility but in the conventional education has specific location and time table which demands.

In the distance learning doesn't require any more and allows the students to set the time table as per their own , there is no bound. In these system the weak and slow learners and also linguistically  challenged  could be able to  grasp the opportunity.

Many financial challenge student also take this route which quite strongly as benefit of distance education because they would not be able to afford the travel and accommodation costs . Not only that its cuts tuition cost by a sizable which make it affordable.

But every Coin has another side the most important factor in negative point is the lack of direct contact with lecturer and peers . 

Another point is campus environment missing. The atmosphere of campuses are typically help to maximize for learning in a better way.

  Finally , I suggest that major drawback of the distance learning is challenge at time of getting job . Employers give preference to the regular rather than the distance learners  and that's might find the job market became hostile towards the distance learners. But if we are in already in a profession so we could enhance our knowledge in our particular field and get hikes in respectively.
