In lunch or dinner you must include salad.salad is a dish that consisting a mixture of raw chopped vegetables such as lettuce,spinach,carrot,radish and many more.

Curd

Curd is good for digestion.It contains great probiotic. It also helps for your dry skin.It also good for the bones.Curd is full of vitamin D, calcium,protein and healthy gut bacteria.There is no doubt if you include curd in your daily diet.It goods for your health.
